Natee Tanchanpongs
Lead Pastor
Rev. Natee Tanchanpongs grew up in Bangkok and went to school in Singapore. In 1982, he went to the United States to study Electrical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. Later, he received a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He returned to Thailand, taught and became the Academic Dean of Bangkok Bible Seminary (2011-2015).
Since its beginning in 2014, Natee has been the senior pastor of Grace City Bangkok. He is married to Bee and they have two children: Maisie and Meno. Pastor Natee enjoys traveling and loves his St. Louis Cardinals. He rests by watching Maisie play tennis. In general, he likes to talk about life.
Tim Mills
Elder & Director of Worship
Tim is one of Grace City Bangkok’s elders and helps lead worship as well as a weekly small group. Tim is married to Rhianna and they, along with their three children and their adopted soi dog, Namtaan (น้ำตาล), enjoy calling Bangkok home.
The Mills moved to Thailand in 2006 to work alongside Thai Christians to see churches established in the city and throughout Thailand. Rhianna is an educator at an international school and Tim is a ceramic artist and loves spending time with his fellow artist friends and visiting galleries and coffeehouses across the city.
Chan Laovorakiat
Ministry Coordinator
Chan is from Bangkok. He is married to Aim, and they are blessed with a son and daughter, Sean and Jane. Chan was trained as an experimental physicist. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a specialization in laser optics and magnetism.
The Lord has provided Chan with an opportunity to explore a broad range of fruitful careers both in academia and industry, as a researcher, a faculty member, an engineer, and a manager. After joining the congregation in 2022, Chan has received a chance to serve at Grace City; this experience reinforced his long-term internal calling. He decided to resign from his job to pursue a theological education. Right now, Chan is a full-time student in an online M.Div. Program at Westminter Theological Seminary, PA and is also serving part-time at Grace City.
Bee Tanchanpongs
Director of Finance and Operations
Bee Tanchanpongs was born in a buddhist family in Bangkok. The gospel was shared to her while she was studying MBA at Ashland University, Ohio. God had brought her to be a Christian in 1997. She got married with Pastor Natee Tanchanpongs in 2002. Since then the journey in Christ has begun. She has involved with almost every ministries which her husband is a part of.
“However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” the things God has prepared for those who love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9
Noah Stephens
Director of Children’s Ministries
The Lord brought Noah to Himself when he was 14 years old. He wanted to learn more about God and went on to study psychology at Covenant College. He heard about ministry opportunities in Thailand while attending Reformed Theological Seminary. He took an internship at a church in Thailand upon receiving his MDiv from RTS in 2010 and developed a heart for the church in Thailand during this time. Noah and his wife Karleigh have 3 children: Macy, Madison, and Davis. The Stephens family became part of the Grace City family in 2021.
Noah enjoys reading, fishing, having lunch with friends, savoring the glory of God, and taking his family to Yo-Yo Land at Seacon Square.
She was born in Bangkok to a buddhist family. She became a Christian while she was studying 3rd year in a University. She graduated B.C.S. at Bangkok Bible Seminary (BBS). She has joined Grace City Bangkok Church since 2023 until present.
Yujin Lee
Finance Coordinator
Yujin hails from Seoul, Korea, growing up in the beautiful city of Auckland, New Zealand, where her understanding and love for the gospel steadily progressed. Since November 2021, Yujin has called Bangkok, Thailand, her primary home.
Yujin has always had a heart to serve and aid others, and uses her gifts within the church community by managing the church finances and contributing to various church initiatives.
In her spare time, Yujin finds joy in nurturing her growing collection of houseplants, escaping into the pages of her Kindle, and exploring for adventures with her friends.
